The air conditioning was a nightmare. It couldn't switch to heat, leaving us shivering. Room sizes are cramped, not as spacious as you'd expect, and the overall decor lacks any charm.

Clean, still and comfortable hotel, nice and willing stuff, next to metro station Place d'Italie (good connection to the center, line 7, 6 and 5).
A little small bed and small room, bud good value for money. There was a one big feather bed for both people (i don´t like it).

That near the hotel is the stop of LES GOBENIES and is very well connected. Otherwise the hotel is very very simple. It is for sleeping only. I recommend it for couples or people who travel alone and are going to be out of the hotel all day. Just use the hotel to rest. For the prices in Paris it's very good. I would come back to this hotel if I go with the same idea with my partner to stay out of the hotel all day. I don't recommend it for families. To go to the airport on the way back take line 7 pink until the end and then line 7 brown until the airport of orly.1h of journey. Buy 2 tickets, one for each line, you have to validate them.
I came home from work all day, it was cold in the room. carpet made the floor look dirty, room was clean. bed was quite uncomfortable. One of the receptionists tried to sell me the private transport which I think he said was 18 euros/person. There was a train strike but not a subway strike, he told me I couldn't go back to the airport. I did it quietly for 8 euros both.

spacious, spacious, spacious
I stayed in a Twin Room for 4 nights and was thrilled with the spacious layout. Breakfast featured delicious options like bacon, scrambled eggs, and fresh croissants, fueling my adventures each day. The location, nestled on a quiet side street yet close to metro stations, made exploring the city effortless.

The early check-in was a lifesaver after our long journey 🌟 The location is unbeatable, with bars and restaurants nearby, but the room was a bit cramped. A solid choice for the price!

Great location, tons of nice restaurants all around, every day you can choose something new, great area. Hotel nice and clean, polite staff, do not hesitate to speak in English, always friendly and welcoming. Decent breakfast- nothing special but a little bit of everything with fresh cruoiasants every morning.
Even if you have put Do not disturb sign on your door, the staff still knocks on the door asking if you need your room to be cleaned. And it happened every morning. Not that big of a deal but I have no idea why to put that sign in the rooms if nobody pays an attention on it.

The location was excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the Place d'Italie metro, providing easy access to Paris landmarks. The staff was warm and accommodating, even providing an adapter for my phone. The room was consistently clean, with daily tea and coffee facilities.
No major complaints.

Perfect for exploring Paris!
Just spent 3 nights here and it was awesome! The twin beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was small but just fine. Loved sipping tea on the cute little balcony. Tons of eateries around. A Carrefour open 'til 10. Only wish the reception had more staff at night.
